The Toledo Area Sanitary District (TASD), will remove and recycle above-ground swimming pools that breed mosquitoes and contribute to nuisance conditions and/or create a potential public health concern. Prior to recycling an unused above-ground swimming pool, a TASD employee will need to complete an on-site inspection of the pool in question to assess the feasibility of its removal and determine if the pool is capable of breeding mosquitoes. After this inspection, TASD will discuss the pool removal process with the owner of an eligible pool and schedule its removal at no additional cost. Please use the form below to alert TASD of a pool you want to have inspected for removal and recycling. This form will also serve as your contract with TASD if it is determined that the pool can be scheduled for removal.
